Fit Camp with Veeta D. is a type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with interval training and cardio training. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and well being, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. You'll perform sprints, push-ups, and various forms of plyometrics and interval training with rest between exercises. This fitness class has grown in popularity primarily because it offers a new way to get a low-cost, efficient, and challenging workout.
