Fit Camp Remix with Veeta D. is a type of indoor group class that mixes lower body movements, weight lifting, calisthenics, and bodyweight exercises with interval training and cardio training. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and build muscle, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. You'll perform exercises that will focus on building quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves during the first hour. We will target everything upper body during the second hour, i.e., biceps, triceps, back, chest, shoulders, etc. This class is THE TOTAL PACKAGE!
To get the maximum benefits, weights and resistance bands are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
This fitness class gets fast results and creates a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. Modifications are given and this class is GREAT for beginners!
