2-Hour Fit Camp is a type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and well being, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. During the 2 hours, you'll perform lots of sprints, push ups and various forms of plyometrics and interval training with little rest between exercises. There are breaks scheduled throughout. This fitness class has grown in popularity primarily because it offers a new way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout. This fitness class gets fast results and creates a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. Modifications are given and this class is GREAT for beginners!
