All of your background information from your consultation forms will be reviewed. Your customized workout regimen that fits your life's schedule, will then be built. Veeta also schedules weekly check-ins to review the week's workouts, challenges, successes, and answer any questions you have. You can select 6, 8, or 12 weeks coaching from the drop-down below. After 12 weeks of consistent tracking, you will be added to my Avatar Nutrition portal. Avatar Nutrition uses cutting-edge nutrition science to help you get the body you want - all accomplished through the simple process of tracking macros. You will check in each week and update the system with your new weight and body fat. Your check-ins are quick and convenient. Just hop on your scale, log your weight, and use any of the simple methods for measuring or estimating body fat. The Avatar Nutrition system determines whether you were able to reach your macro goals for the week based on the food you logged in your tracker. Check-ins usually takes less than a minute and adjustments to your macros are made instantly! As your body and metabolism change, so should your nutrition. This is why one-time macro calculations and static meal plans don’t work—they give you a single set of macros and a plan that doesn’t evolve with you. But through your weekly check-ins, the Avatar system learns your body’s needs better over time and adjusts your macros to help you break through plateaus and make steady progress. You’ll even get coaching messages after each check-in, explaining in detail why your macros did or didn’t change!

Q: Is this a coaching relationship? Is Veeta my coach now?

A: Yes, this option is a coaching relationship.

Q: Are there check-ins with this option? 

A: Yes, there are weekly check-ins with this option. 

Q: I need to cancel my plan, can I?

A: Yes, you can cancel your training at any time by notifying Veeta in writing 30 days before your next billing cycle that you no longer wish to continue.

Q: How often will I be billed?

A: You will be billed every 6, 8, or 12 weeks starting the day you sign up. 

 Q: Is the training program 100% tailored towards me, my needs, and equipment? Even if I have limited equipment or a home gym?

A: Yes, Veeta writes the custom programs for you and only you. This includes limited equipment or a home gym.

*Please note that upon purchase, you will be sent a PDF with a link to a questionnaire that must be filled out for Veeta to build your training program. You will be asked to provide current progress pictures to show Veeta where your physique is at currently. These pictures are completely private and are for Veeta's eyes only. The program cannot be sent until the questionnaire is returned and complete.
