60 Minute In Person Nutrition + Lifestyle Coaching
This in-person nutrition coaching appointment is 60 minutes long. Your appointment will include a complete assessment of your health and medical history, current lifestyle, eating and physical activity habits and preferences. We will then outline your specific personal goals and steps to achieve them.
We will go over the three macronutrients, which are carbohydrates, protein, and fat. We'll discuss each of their role in our bodies, the importance of getting enough, and much more! You'll also learn how to calculate nutrition labels to arrive at the designated calories for food items. Please bring a digital food scale. You'll learn the correct way to weigh any foods you love to eat!
Your future appointments are focused on an assessment of your goals, progressions, accountability, addressing any challenges or problem areas, answering any nutrition and fitness questions, and helping you to stay on track and motivated!
