Fit Camp with Veeta D. is a type of indoor/outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with interval training and cardio training. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and well-being, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. You'll perform sprints, push-ups, and various forms of plyometrics and interval training with rest between exercises. This fitness class has grown in popularity primarily because it offers a new way to get a low-cost, efficient, and challenging workout. This fitness class gets fast results and creates a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. Modifications are given and this class is GREAT for beginners!
If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, your payment will be transferred to another class.
The only thing you need to bring is a mat and water.
