Monthly Custom Training Program

The monthly custom training subscription program is for those who are looking for guidance and direction in the gym and would like a custom plan each month. Veeta will build an individualized strength training regimen for you based off of a comprehensive questionnaire. You will have a full workout plan with everything customized and tailored to fit your specific needs and available equipment. Each month you'll be sent a follow-up questionnaire asking you about your previous month's experience so that she can write your new plan. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your program. 

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Is this a coaching relationship? Is Veeta my coach now?

A: No, this option is not a coaching relationship. If you'd like Veeta to be your coach, you can fill out an application here.

Q: Are there check-ins with this option? 

A: No, there are no check-ins with this option. Check-ins are for coaching clients only. 

Q: What is the difference between a coaching relationship and this option?

A: When Veeta is your coach, you will do a formal check-in via her app with her every week answering a variety of questions about your gym progress, mindset, and more, and get feedback from her. Coaching with Veeta is more hands-on service with more contact and accountability, and therefore an increased price point. This option is not a coaching option and offers less accountability and no check-ins at a lower price point.

Q: How do I get feedback from Veeta or ask questions?

A: You will be filling out a new form every 4 weeks and supplying Veeta with information for her to write you a new training program. You can also use Veeta D's private Facebook group to ask questions. 

Q: I need to cancel or pause my subscription, can I?

A: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into her store and managing your membership. You cannot pause your subscription at this time. You can sign up with a new subscription when you are ready.

Q: How often will I be billed?

A: You will be billed every 4 weeks starting the day you sign up. If you subscribe on March 15th, for example, you will be automatically billed on April 15th, May 15th, and so on until you manually cancel your subscription. Some months have 5 weeks and 2 payments may come out those months.

Q: How often should I submit my follow-up?

A: Every month. Get in your follow-up form to Veeta on the same day every month, preferably on the same day your payment goes through. Please note that you will receive your program 5 business days after form submission. 

Q: Is the training program 100% tailored towards me, my needs, and equipment? Even if I have limited equipment or a home gym?

A: Yes, Veeta writes the custom programs for you and only you. This includes limited equipment or a home gym.

Q: Who is this option best suited for?

A: This option is best suited for those who want a custom training program on an ongoing monthly basis without the option of check-ins. 

*Please note that upon purchase, you will be sent a PDF with a link to a questionnaire that must be filled out for Veeta to build your training program. You will be asked to provide current progress pictures to show Veeta where your physique is at currently. These pictures are completely private and are for Veeta's eyes only. The program cannot be sent until the questionnaire is returned and complete.
