The monthly custom training & macro program is offered by Veeta to assist those who would like to have her eyes on their numbers, as well write them a personalized training program suited to their goals and available equipment, but who do not want a coaching commitment. This option also comes with membership to an exclusive Facebook group for assistance and follow-up questions.

- Veeta will build an individualized strength training regimen for you based off of a comprehensive questionnaire. You will have a detailed workout plan complete with everything customized and tailored to fit your individual needs. There are also demo videos available.

Q: Is this a coaching relationship? Is Veeta my coach now?
A: No, this option is NOT a coaching relationship. If you'd like Veeta to be your coach, you can select one of the customized packages here.
Q: Are there check-ins with this option?
A: No, there are no check-ins with this option. Check-ins are for coaching clients only.
Q: What is the difference between a coaching relationship and this option?
A: When Veeta is your coach, you will do a formal check-in via email with her on a bi-weekly basis answering a variety of questions about your adherence, gym progress, mindset and more, and get feedback from her. Coaching with Veeta is more hands-on service with more contact and accountability, and therefore an increased price point. This option is not a coaching option and offers less accountability and no check-ins at a lower price point.
Q: How do I get feedback from Veeta or ask questions?
A: You will be filling out a new form every 4 weeks and supplying Veeta with information for her to write you a new training program and make macro adjustments as needed. You can also use the exclusive Facebook group to ask questions.
Q: Will Veeta change my macros each month?
A: Veeta will prescribe you macros each month, however, depending upon progress and adherence, she may have you stay on the same macros for more than 4 weeks at a time. Each submission does not necessarily mean that you'll get new macros as you may not need any adjustments, however, it does count towards your monthly feedback.
Q: I need to cancel or pause my subscription, can I?
A: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into our store and managing your membership. Pausing is not an option at this time. However, you can always start back when you're ready.
Q: How often will I be billed?
A: You will be billed every 4 weeks starting the day you sign up. If you subscribe on March 15th, for example, you will be automatically billed on April 15th, May 15th, and so on until you manually cancel your subscription. Some months have 5 weeks and there may be 2 charges in one month.
Q: How often should I submit my follow-up?
A: Every month. It is recommend getting in your follow-up form to Veeta on the same day every month, preferably on the same day your payment goes through. Please note that you will receive your program 5 business days after form submission.
Q: Is the training program 100% tailored towards me, my needs, and equipment?
A: Yes, Veeta writes the custom programs for you and only you.
Q: Who is this option best suited for?
A: This option is best suited for those who want macros and custom training on an ongoing monthly basis without the option of check-ins.
