Veeta built these programs as a foundation to assist anyone on their fitness journey. Although they are not customized to you, you can modify them to your fitness level. For example, some situps are scheduled to be performed for 45 seconds. If 45 seconds is too long for you to do the situps, do them to the best of your ability, for whatever time you CAN do. As long as you challenge yourself and give 100%, that is what counts.
Veeta built these challenges due to her limited availability for customized coaching & nutrition. These challenges are a replica of how she coaches some of her clients. There are four workouts per week, a VERY detailed PDF that you can keep forever, forever access to her very own macros calculator, her app, and MORE! Veeta built her challenges so you will know what to do AFTER the challenge and know how to maintain or keep making progress. Veeta recorded all nutrition videos to ensure you receive a FULL understanding of how to read nutrition labels, weigh out your food, and correctly use a food tracker, plus MORE!
Although the programs are custom built by Veeta, there is no personal interaction from her. Customized interactions are only for customized coaching & nutrition. You have FULL access to her training app for the duration of the program. During your plan, your weekly check-ins in the form of weight and progress pictures are scheduled. It is imperative that you take advantage of these check-ins to track your progress.
Absolutely not. There is no such thing as spot reducing a specific area of your body. We gain fat throughout our body, and we lose fat the same way. No amount of pills, wraps, saunas, etc., will help you lose JUST belly fat. The ONLY way to lose fat is to eat less than you burn in 24 hours, known as a caloric deficit. Customized nutrition does NOT come with non-customized programs. Nutrition is THE key no matter if your goal is to tone up, gain weight, lose fat, maintain, etc. If you have no clue about where your calories should be, you will not see the progress you desire. Nothing is guaranteed. However, IF you follow your nutrition AND training plan spot on 90% of the time, you can't fail. Results come from consistency and work, even when you don't feel like it.
